Our client is a premium incoming travel agency (DMC) established 8 years ago and based in Belgium. 

They provide a wide range of tailor-made travel solutions in the BeNeLux, with a rigorous selection of travel services (accommodation, transportation, city tours, visits, activities…) to create unique and personalized travel experiences, mostly for individual travellers (FIT) but also for groups (MICE).

They are looking for an Operations Officer based in Antwerp for the BeNeLux.

Your missions:

• You are responsible for operating trips in the BeNeLux;
• You are making sure that the travelers are receiving unique and personalized travel experiences;
• You are liaising with hoteliers, travel guides, attractions, transfer operators, …
• You are making any changes/cancellations that are required, resolving any issues that arise efficiently and professionally;
• You are ensuring all travellers are supported during their trip (last-minute changes, emergency calls …)
• You are planning, managing and organizing events and group operations;

Profile

• You have high standard of written and verbal communication English. Dutch and/or French is a +
• You are passionate about travel
• Experience in high end services or luxury market is a plus
• You are able to manage a wide variety of tasks;
• You have excellent customer service skills;
• You are able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines ;
• You are a team player;
• Multitasking, accuracy and thorough are must needed qualities
• Getting things done and keeping everything tip top organised is what drives you
• You are resourceful, organised, flexible with strong attention to details;
•  You are able to work on your own initiative and take ownership for completing tasks;
• You are striving for excellence
• You are keen to learn, enthusiastic and honest.

Offre

We offer an open-ended contract (CDI) and between €30 and €40K per year.
